Ben Hill Roofing’s Commercial Project Management Team can help you with your roofing needs from conception, design to completion. Our experienced team will work closely with your project architect, project manager, job site superintendent and other sub-contractors to ensure your client receives most efficient roof system for his or her situation. In many cases we can offer more efficient, less costly alternatives regarding the materials specified on the roof system design. All of our roof installations are overseen by an on site foreman with a project manager overseeing the entire contract. Our high level of supervision allows us to maintain maximum quality in our installations and to ensure OSHA and EPA regulatory compliance.

We help many of our General Contractor clients in the Design Build phase of their project. We normally are involved in the conceptual pricing, 50% plan stage budgetary pricing and value engineering all the way up to the final 100% project plan pricing.

We utilize the Edge Estimating software and can assist you with tapered Insulation design and drawings, cad style details and cost budgeting. We have the ability to download plans and print to plotter or to perform on-line take-offs utilizing I-Square Foot.
