When comparing price: "REMEMBER"
1. A workmanship warranty is only good for the length of time the contractor is in business under the present name.

2. Verbal conversations should always be backed by written statements especially when Workmen Compensation Insurance, General Liability Insurance, and warranties are discussed. There is an enormous cost to providing all the Insurance's and warranties that are often implied on proposals. However, it is a known fact that these are the items that are most commonly misrepresented by contractors and are usually unverified by the consumer until an accident occurs or a need to act on the workmanship warranty.

3. Your due diligence in taking the time to qualify all bidders is the Safest and Smartest way to assure that you make the right choice for your project. Always verify all verbal and written qualifications.
